My passion for therapeutic work led me to hypnotherapy which I learned from Gabriel Palacios, one of the most highly regarded and successful hypnotherapists in Switzerland.
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP)
I am an experienced Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I trained with Dr. Urs Honauer at the Polarity Institut in Zürich and participated in numerous seminars and master classes in Switzerland and the US, conducted by Dr. Peter Levine in person. I regularly attend the case consult events of Dr. Peter Levine.
I am a member of the Swiss Association of Somatic Experiencing and
Somatic Experiencing International.
I completed the training in Somatic Ego States Therapy® with Dr. Maggie Phillips and continued to deepen my knowledge in further courses and seminars at Ego States Therapy Institut in Zürich.

I am also a coach, a mediator and a specialist in communication. Originally I gratuated at the law faculty of the University of Basel.
In 1990 I joined the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for which I worked for many years in politically unstable regions and war zones. Lateron I worked as a Manager Corporate Affairs & Communication in various international companies in Switzerland.
My personal experiences with people of all ages and from all parts of the world, the numerous trainings in different fields and my own personal “lessons learned”, allow me to provide you with the kind of help you currently need.
