Purposes of Data Processing and Legal Purposes

We primarily process personal data, which we obtain in connection with your use of the website and its applications (e.g., IP address, information regarding your device and settings, cookies, date and time of your visits, sites and content retrieved, applications used, localization data).

The following data will be collected automatically and stored until the automated deletion:

  • IP-address of the computer requesting access;
  • Date and time of access;
  • Name and URL of accessed files;
  • Website from which the access is made (referrer URL);
  • Browser and operating system of your device and the name of your access provider.

The above data will be processed by us for the following purposes:

Cookies and Tracking

Cookies Our website uses cookies and similar techniques on our websites, which allow for an identification of your browser or device. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to your computer and automatically saved by the web browser on your computer or mobile device, when you visit our website. If you revisit our website, we may recognize you, even if we do not know your identity. Nevertheless, you may configure your browser settings in a way that it rejects cookies, only saves them for one session or deletes them prematurely. Most browsers are preset to accept cookies.

Google Ads
This website uses Google Conversion-Tracking. In case you accessed our website by a Google advertisement, a cookie will be set on your computer by Google Ads. The cookie for Conversion Tracking will be set, in case a user clicked on a Google placed advertisement. These cookies lose validity after 30 days and the do not serve the personal identification. Visits the user certain webpages from our website and the cookie is not outdated yet, we and Google may recognize, that the user has clicked on the advertisement and has been redirected to this website. Every Google Ads customer obtains a different cookie. Therefore cookies can’t be tracked over the websites of other Ads customers. The information collected using the Conversion Cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted in to Conversion Tracking. The customers learn the total number of the users, which have clicked on the advertisement and have been linked to the website. But they do not get any information, which allows to personally identify the users. Do you do not want to participate, you can refuse the setting of a cookie – per browser setting, which deactivates the automatically setting of a cookie or to set the browser in the way that cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com” will be blocked.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a website analyse service of Google Ireland Ltd. In case the data controller sits outside the European Union or Switzerland, then the processing of Google Analytics takes place through Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland are hereinafter named “Google”.

Google Analytics uses so named “cookies”, text files, which will be stored on the computer of the user of the website and which allow an analysis of the usage of the website through the user. Information generated by cookies regarding the usage of the website by the user (inclusive the shortened IP) will be transferred and stored in a Google server.

This website uses Google Analytics solely with the extension “anonymizelp(). This extension ensures an anonymization of the IP address by reduction and excludes a direct personal relationship. By way of this extension the IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in states parties to the Agreement of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be transferred to servers located in the US and shortened in the US. The IP address, which will be transferred in the context of the usage of Google Analytics won’t be merged with other Google data.

On behalf of the site owner Google will use the obtained information to evaluate the website, to compile a report on the advertisement activity and to provide further services to the site owner with respect to the usage of the website and the internet use (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f DSGVO ). The legitimate interest in data processing lies in the optimization of the website, the analysis of the usage of the website and the amendment of the content. The interests and rights of the users will be granted sufficiently by way of pseudonymisation.

Google LLC provides a guarantee to provide an adequate level of data protection based on the Standard Contractual Clauses. The sent and with cookies and user recognition (e.g. User-ID) or Advertising ID associated data will be automatically deleted after 50 month. The deletion of data, which retention period is reached, is carried out automatically monthly.

The collection of the data by Google Analytics can be prevented by amending the cookie setting of the website by the user. The collection and storage of the IP-address and data generated by the cookies can be objected at any time with effect for the future. Contact Form

The personal data that you provide as part of the contact request is used solely to respond to your inquiry and will not be disclosed to third parties. Your data will only be stored as long as necessary to achieve the purpose.

Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

A disclosure of personal data of the client for purposes other than the following shall not take place.

We only disclose your personal data to third parties:

Retention Periods for your Personal Data

We process and retain your personal data as long as required for the performance of our contractual obligations and compliance with legal obligations or other purposes pursued with the processing, i.e. for the duration of the entire business relationship as well as beyond this duration in accordance with legal retention and documentation obligations. As soon as your personal data is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes, it will be deleted or anonymized.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access and misuse such as IT and network security solutions, access controls and restrictions, encryption of data carriers and transmissions, pseudonymisation and inspections.

Rights of the Data Subjects

In accordance with the applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify and erase of your personal data, the right to restriction of processing or to object to our data processing in addition to right to receive certain personal data for transfer to another controller. Furthermore you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at anytime. The lawful processing of the personal data until this point of time is not affected. In order to assert these rights, please contact us at the address provided in Section 1 above. In addition, every data subject has the right to enforce his/her rights in court or to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
